Liz Cheney Nails It

A propos the Grand Ayatollah's desire for an atomic penis she says (my bolds),

Ultimately, the only way diplomacy will succeed in halting Iran’s nuclear ambitions is if the mullahs understand, beyond a doubt, that America will take military action if they don’t comply peacefully. No enticements can work—there is nothing the international community can offer Iran that is worth more to them than a nuclear weapon. And watered down sanctions carry their own danger—they buy time for Iran while imposing no cost. The dangers grow to us and our allies with every hour we waste.
Very Churchillian, especially compared to Obama's Chamberlain impression.

But the US isn't omnipotent and I doubt that a repeat of 1981 is posstible-don't you think that Iran has set it up so that the program can't be destroyed in an attack?

Imagine it's 1939 and you're saying, "But Great Britain isn't omnipotent..." As for Iran's set up--I'm sure they've done whatever can be done to protect their nuclear installations. But I still think we (meaning Israel) are much smarter than they are, have spied on the ground, and know the best place(s) to strike.

While that's true, we're dealing with nukes, so it's riskier than it would have been in 1939 or than in 1967. They need to know they're going to get it all. Plus I view the Iranian leadership as crazy-MAD doesn't work for them. All of which is to say there is no margin for error here.

Chamberlain and Obama, "Peace in our time."

At least Hitler pretended he wanted peace. Amadenawackjob taunts Obama with a 'come and get me you little fairy'. Embarrassing to even watch.
