The First Commandment of Newspaper Customer Service: Know Thy Audience

Dear National Post Customer Service Dep't:

If you want me to switch to paying my subscription invoice via e-mail, please do not harp on how "green" it would be. In so doing, you not only mistake me for a Ceeb-loving, Suzuki-idolizing enviro-freak, you unintentionally do your utmost to persuade me that it's time to terminate my subscription.
