Muslim Canadian Congress Honours Jason Kenney Honoured for His "Courageous Decision"

Which is to say his move to make Muslim chicks remove their Islamist facial covering when taking the Canadian Oath of Citizenship. This bit in the Stewart Bell story made me giggle:
There was a tense moment at the event when a woman dressed in a burka approached the Minister and tore off the blue cloth to reveal she was actually author and women’s rights activist Raheel Raza. Writer Tarek Fatah also briefly wore a burka hand puppet.
MCC agit-prop--you gotta love it! So much more enjoyable than, say, Elmo and his sock puppets.

Update: The MCC wants Canada to expand the burqa ban.
